Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. COD orders include the handling fee shown at checkout. Direct UPI payments require manual verification before dispatch.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before confirming an order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, cancellations and returns follow the policy displayed at checkout and the final policy published by GLOSS99. Add your actual return window and shipping terms before launch.
